Concept
Think of out the box to create a pattern that will be appropriate for a floor covering for a space in La Roche College Campus. We first found an appliance from an attic, basement, or junk yard. My chosen appliance was an alarm clock. The next step was to break the appliance and choose six inspirational pieces to trace in various ways and create a unique pattern. a grid structure was used as a basis for arranging and repeating the pattern.
